In conjunction with Astro winning the Putra Brand Awards for the 12th consecutive year, Astro announces that all customers will be able to watch movies and Korean channels for free from January 29 to February 6, 2022. Customers can choose to watch movies and Korean channels on TV or via Astro GO.
Astro won four awards at the Putra Brand Awards 2021, meaning that Astro won Platinum, Go Shope won Silver, and Era and Hitz both won Silver.
Astro customers can watch free channels including HBO HD (CH411), HBO Family (CH414), HBO Hits (CH415), Hits Movies HD (CH401), Cinemax HD (CH412), Showcase Movies (CH413), tvN Movies HD (CH416), Citra HD (CH108), Thangathirai (CH241), BollyOne HD (CH251), Celestial Movies HD (CH309), Oh!K HD (CH394), tvN HD (CH395) and BOO HD ( CH404).
Users can also watch K-PLUS HD on Astro GO, which is an exclusive channel for Astro GO.
However, it is important to note that HBO HD, HBO Family, HBO Hits, Cinemax HD and Hits Movies HD channels are only available on TV and Astro GO and are not available on On Demand.
Movies you can watch for free between January 29 and February 6 include Spiderman: Homecoming, Kung Fu Yoga, Tazza: One Eyed Jack, and more.
