ASM 2 Wawasan is paying 3.75 cents per unit, a record low dividend, so is it still worth investing in ASM 2 Wawasan?
According to the data released by the National Trust (ASNB), ASM 2 Wawasan will pay out 3.75 cents per unit in 2022. The dividend will be converted into units and remitted to investors’ ASM 2 Wawasan accounts on September 1.
ASM 2 Wawasan was formerly known as ASW 2020, which used to pay out 7 sen per unit. The dividend has been declining almost every year since then, from 6 sen in 2018, to 5 sen in 2019, to 4 sen in 2020 and 2021, and to 3.75 sen in 2022.
