881,602 Malaysian children were fully vaccinated.
As of yesterday, 881,602 children aged five to eleven in Malaysia had received full vaccinations under the National Covid-19 Immunisation Programme for Children (PICKids).
According to the CovidNow website, 1,538,685 people, or 43.3 percent, have gotten at least one vaccine dosage.
A total of 2,895,394 teens aged 12 to 17 years have finished their vaccination, with 2,993,097 receiving at least one dose of the vaccine.
Meanwhile, 16,038,512 adults, or 68.2%, have received the booster dosage, 22,967,541 adults, or 97.6%, have completed the second dose, and 23,243,696 adults, or 98.8%, have received at least one dose of the vaccine.
Yesterday, a total of 11,121 vaccine doses were given out, with 1,959 being the first dose, 7,539 being the second dose, and 1,623 being the booster dosage, increasing the total number of vaccine doses given out under the National Covid-19 Immunisation Programme (PICK) to 70,345,153.
Furthermore, according to the Health Ministry’s GitHub page, two Covid-19 deaths were reported yesterday, one each in Negri Sembilan and Perak.
