  • Have fibre for breakfast.

It is better to eat some foods containing fibre than some bread or toast. Like oatmeal or raspberry juice, it is also good. Fibre itself has no calories, and foods containing fibre have low calories and a strong feeling of satiety, which makes you eat less.

  • Chewing slowly.

  • Short-term exercise.
