AirAsia has settled over 90% of passengers’ refunds!

According to a message from Tan Sri Tony Fernandas, Chief Executive Officer of Capital A (formerly known as AirAsia Group), AirAsia has so far settled more than 90% of its passenger refunds. It is a remarkable achievement for AirAsia to complete the refunds without any financial support from the government.

Tony pointed out that as flights resume, AirAsia will also complete the remaining refunds one by one, probably within a few months for Malaysia and six months for the Philippines. As for AirAsia X, passengers will also be given vouchers once the flight resumes.

While there is a new offer, AirAsia Super APP user can purchase the Super+ package for RM639 until 2nd April. The Super+ package is a combination of unlimited flights and free meal delivery service.
