15 districts in KL would be facing water disruption due to a busted pipe.
Due to a burst pipe at the Pudu Ulu Baru Pump House in Taman Pertama here, there will be unscheduled water supply disruption in 15 regions of the federal capital.
Bukit Permai Industri, Pandan Bistari, Taman Bukit Pandan, Taman Bukit Permai, Taman Bukit Teratai, Taman Mawar, Taman Mega Jaya, Taman Melur, Taman Mestika, Taman Muda, Taman Pandan Mewah, Taman Putra, Taman Saga, and Taman Seraya are the regions.
In a statement issued today, Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Air Selangor) said that repair work began at 11.30 a.m. today and was scheduled to be completed by 9.30 p.m., after which water supply would be channelled in stages.
During this unscheduled water supply disruption time, alternative assistance in the form of tanker lorries will be dispatched to the affected districts, with priority given to vital establishments.
