(30 March 2022) A video of a fire at Pavilion KL was circulated on Facebook yesterday, showing smoke and many passers-by.
In response, Pavilion’s management posted a statement on Facebook for the first time, saying that a small fire broke out in its restaurant on the first floor at about 2:10 pm today. At present, the fire has been put out and no one was injured. At the same time, firefighters and the mall are also investigating the cause of the fire and stressed that the mall will continue to operate without being affected by the fire.
Finally, Pavilion said it will pay more attention to the safety measures of the mall to protect the safety of customers and stores. Luckily, no one was injured in the fire.
