A young couple was killed in a motorcycle crash in Dengkil.
A husband and wife were killed early this morning when the motorcycle they were travelling was involved in an accident on Jalan Banting-Dengkil.
In a statement, Kuala Langat district police commander Supt Ahmad Ridhwan Mohd Nor @ Saleh said the incident happened at 6 a.m. when the motorcycle, which was travelling towards Banting, lost control and fell to the left side of the road, colliding with a warning sign.
The 21-year-old rider and his 16-year-old passenger were both pronounced dead at the spot. The victims were brought to Banting Hospital for autopsy after the accident was investigated under Section 41 (1) of the Road Transport Act 1987.
