Shopee has started to launch On-Time Guarantee, where customers can get a RM5 discount coupon if the package is not delivered at the specified time.
On-Time Guarantee is a new program launched by Shopee to allow customers to shop on Shopee with more confidence. Customers can see the expected date of receiving the package in the shipping column of the product page. If the customer does not receive the package before the specified date, they will receive a RM5 discount coupon.
If the package is not delivered to the customer on the specified date, the customer can collect the RM5 discount coupon within three days. Customers can open the Shopee APP, enter the product order page, and find the button to receive the RM5 discount coupon.
Shopee On-Time Guarantee is available for Doorstep Delivery, Doorstep Delivery Sea Shipping, Self Collection Point, Economy Delivery Mail Drop, Instant Delivery, and 5-day delivery (5Day Guaranteed Delivery).
