Prime Minister and Finance Minister Datuk Seri Anwar announced when presenting the budget on October 13 that the government will launch an electric motorcycle rebate scheme, allowing people to enjoy a RM2,400 rebate when purchasing electric motorcycles. This measure is applicable to people whose annual income does not exceed RM120,000.
In addition, those who purchase and install charging devices will enjoy tax relief of up to RM2,500, which will be extended for four years.
