The woman reportedly asked a Chinese-speaking grocery employee a question in English before asking the other person a question in basic Chinese, according to the “China Press.” The female employee who spoke up said she was studying.
As soon as the woman realised she wasn’t understanding what the other person was saying, the female staff member said, “Then I can’t help it.” A consumer from Myanmar was also present at the scene. He did not dare to ask the female staff member to cut the fish after observing the woman’s situation. The woman later complained to the supermarket manager, saying that “if she is unable to interact with customers and understand their needs, she should not work at the seafood stall and should go to another job that does not need to interact with customers.”
She informed me that there was nothing she could do, claimed the woman, who was furious. If there isn’t any other option, what should I do?
