Frankie, the owner of the Privacy Club restaurant, reportedly went to the police station at 2:00 p.m. yesterday to provide a statement, according to China Press.
The police instructed the restaurant to issue an apology!
The manager of the establishment, Frankie, earlier stated that they are running a restaurant and not a bar. Since the restaurant’s license has been updated for a while, it won’t expire until July of this year.
Umno Youth, PAS, and Bersatu Youth League responded to this group of “special guests” by reporting the case today and said the performance of LGBT (homosexuality, bisexuality, and transgender) aspects. They chose to report the matter as a result.
Using social media networks, Privacy Club also released a clarifying message at 4:00 pm in Malay, English, and Chinese.
