When low-headed people are sore neck and finger numbness 9-year-old girl cervical spine old as 50 years old

A 9-year-old girl in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China, likes to play with her cell phone for hours. As a result, she often has neck pain and tingling in her fingers, and doctors were surprised to find that her cervical spine is aging like a 50-year-old’s.

The White Deer video says that a 9-year-old girl in the third grade likes to play with her cell phone in addition to doing her homework and doesn’t stop playing for hours.

Unsurprisingly, she’s been having neck pain and numb fingers lately. At first, her family didn’t care, but she’s been getting worse since school started, and it’s hard for her to hold a pen.

So, her parents took her to the doctor, who found that the curve in her cervical spine had gone in the wrong direction, turning it into “a straight line” instead of the normal “positive C-shaped” shape.

The doctor said that putting your head down will tighten the muscles in the back of your neck, and if you do it for more than an hour, your muscle liver sugar, ions, and neuro dopamine system will not work as well, leading to muscle hypoxia, ischemia, and an increase in metabolic waste products like lactic acid.

“If the muscles don’t get a chance to rest, they won’t be able to support the head’s weight because they’re tired and weak. This weight will be transferred to the cervical spine ligament system, making the ligament tension go up a lot.”

Over time, this will damage and weaken the back of the neck muscles in a way that can’t be fixed. The ligaments will also break down, causing damage, bleeding, and mechanization at the points where the vertebral body attaches to the ligaments. This can lead to thickened calcification, bone redundancy, or bone spurs.

The best number of hours you should work in a day is eight. So, if you work on your feet all day, stay in a different position for a long. Instead, get up, move around every 45 to 60 minutes, and do neck exercises.

Under normal conditions, the cervical spine ages when a person is 20. Symptoms of cervical spondylosis tend to show up when a person is 40 or 50 years old. But now, because more young people have low heads, cervical spine early accelerated aging is a widespread occurrence. Clinics in the area see a lot of kids, like the 9-year-old girl who had cervical spondylosis.

The girl’s symptoms improved after the doctor treated her with traction and physical therapy, among other things.
