Netflix launched the documentary MH370: The Missing Flight!

On March 8, 2014, a Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 from Malaysia to Beijing disappeared mysteriously from the radar less than an hour after takeoff. The MH370 took off from Kuala Lumpur International Airport and was initially scheduled to arrive at Beijing Capital International Airport at 6:30 Beijing time. However, at 1:21 in the morning, the crew suddenly turned off all communication equipment and did not send any distress signals, which caused the flight to fail. As a result, the information area lost contact, and 239 passengers on the plane disappeared. The whereabouts of the aircraft are still a mystery.

This year is the ninth year since the MH370 flight disappeared. Netflix will launch the MH370 documentary – MH370: The Flight That Disappeared on March 8. The documentary describes the search work, the investigation report after Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 disappeared, and the reactions of the family members after they learned of the crash. The documentary has three episodes, each 60 minutes long.

The disappearance of flight MH370, which caused a global sensation, has been carried out through the cooperation of many countries in search and rescue work, searching for the location of the wreckage and the black box, and salvaging drifting parts, etc… However, the wreck of the MH370 passenger plane and any clues have still not been found. According to data analysis, flight MH370 may eventually crash in the southern Indian Ocean, and it is believed that all 239 people on board were killed. As of May 2018, Malaysian Transport Minister Loke Siew Fook announced that the search work had been completely stopped.
