Only phones with Android 10 and iOS 12 or higher can use the PB engage MY APP.

Users of the Public Bank, take note! Only mobile phones running Android 10 or higher or iOS 12 or higher can use the PB engage MY APP.

To log in to the PB engage MY APP, Android phone users must use a phone running Android 10 or higher, according to a message from Public Bank. To use the PB engage MY APP, Apple mobile phone users must have a device running iOS 12 or higher.

Furthermore, Public Bank will soon replace SMS PAC with PB SecureSign, making PB SecureSign the sole verification method for approving PBe and PB engage MY APP transactions.

PB SecureSign authenticates transactions through biometrics or a 6-digit securePIN. Each account can only be associated with PB SecureSign on a single device. When the user conducts a bank transaction, the mobile phone will display a transaction notification, which the user can accept or reject by clicking.

Users are encouraged to enable PB SecureSign in the PB engage MY APP. Users can also visit the bank or call the bank’s hotline for help activating PB SecureSign.
