Will the country get a new iconic skyscraper?
According to a post by ASEAN Skyline, the 775m tall Tradewinds Square could be located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. The building is still in the planning stage and will be the tallest building in the country once it is completed.
It is known that Tradewinds Square will be located in Jalan Sultan Ismail, the bottom of the building will have retail stores, the rest of the floors will have offices, serviced apartments, hotels and, museums and entertainment venues.
Many netizens expressed their disinterest in Tradewinds Square and hoped that the government would focus on flood prevention and infrastructure, as Kuala Lumpur is a cosmopolitan city, but every time the rains come, there are flash floods on all the avenues.
Do you think it is necessary for our country to continue building similar iconic skyscrapers?
