You can complain to MCMC if your package is delayed or opened!

I believe many people have had bad experiences when shopping online, such as parcels being opened, parcels being broken, parcels being delayed in delivery and other problems. If you are experiencing these problems, you can file a complaint with the MCMC.

The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) has launched a complaint website for people to file complaints when they encounter problems with communications and multimedia services, including mobile networks, email, fixed lines, pay TV, social media, broadband services, etc.

If you encounter any problems with communication and multimedia services, it is best to take photos and leave evidence, so that you have a better chance of success.

How to file a complaint with MCMC against the courier service
Step 1: Visit https://aduan.skmm.gov.my/Complaint/AddComplaint .

Step 2: Select the type of complaint, service, courier company name and other information.

Step 3: Enter personal information, such as name, ID number, contact information, etc.

Step 4: Enter the details of the complaint to be lodged, you can attach a photo.

Step 5: After entering all the required information you can click on Hantar / Submit.

Step 6: You can navigate to https://aduan.skmm.gov.my/ click on SEMAK ADUAN / TRACK COMPLAINT and then use your ID number or mobile number to check the progress of your complaint.
