The 9-day school holiday is over, when will the next school holiday fall?
Primary and secondary schools in the country start their third semester on Monday, September 12. The third semester will run from September 12th to February 16th/17th, 2023. There are two school holidays in the third semester: the year-end holiday in December and the final holiday in the following February.
Primary and secondary schools will have their end-of-year school holidays from December 9/10 to December 31, and those in Group A states (Kedah, Johor, Kelantan and Kelantan) will have their end-of-year school holidays from December 9 to December 31, a total of 23 days. For Group B (other states), the school year-end holiday will run from December 10 to December 31, with a total of 22 days.

Group B States (Malacca, Negeri Sembilan, Pahang, Perak, Perlis, Penang, Sabah, Sarawak, Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Labuan and Putrajaya)
Year-end Holiday: 10 December – 31 December 2022
