Astro will shorten the payment period from 30 days to 25 days!
According to Astro, Astro subscribers are required to pay their bills within 25 days of receipt, otherwise they may face suspension of service.
Currently subscribers are required to pay their bills within 30 days of the bill being issued, however, from October 1, 2022, subscribers will be required to pay their bills within 25 days. This also means that customers will have 5 days less time to pay their bills.
For example, the customer’s billing date is September 1, 2022, and the customer needs to pay the bill by September 30, 30 days apart. However, starting October 1, when the customer’s billing date is October 1, 2022, the customer will have until October 25 to pay the bill, which is only 25 days apart.
If your family has signed up for Astro Satellite TV service, you should remember to pay your bill on time. You can also choose to have your bill automatically deducted from your bank every month so that you can avoid suspension of service if you forget to pay it.
