Factors that affect your sleep quality.
The quality of sleep can be impacted by poor sleep hygiene. Some additional typical elements are:
1. An irregular sleeping pattern. Sleep quality can be increased by going to bed and waking up at the same time every day.
2. The surroundings of sleep. The bedroom should be calm, dark, and light-free. A few hours before night, blue light from devices such TVs, computers, and phones should be avoided as it increases alertness.
3. Excessive consumption of alcohol or caffeine. These substances can make it difficult to get to sleep or stay asleep.
4. Snoring Even while some snoring is common, excessive snoring can be disruptive to the sleep of the snorer or their partner. The symptom of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA)may be this kind of snoring.
5. Other factors. Aside from the above elements, your nutrition, daytime exercise, travel, and other aches or illnesses can all affect how well you sleep.
