The Xiaomi 12S Ultra comes with a processor costing $128, a screen costing $89, a camera costing $79 and memory costing $58, which together account for about 67 percent of the total cost, and a Cellular RF system costing $24. Other costs do not include R&D, design, warehousing and logistics.
