To encourage users to use the code payment function of the HLB Connect APP, Hong Leong Bank is offering cashback offer. When you scan a merchant’s DuitNow payment QR code in a shop using the HLB Connect APP, you can instantly enjoy up to 8% cashback.
The offer runs from 10 March to 31 December 2022 and users must scan a merchant’s DuitNow payment QR code to enjoy the cashback offer. If the user scans another non-DuitNow payment QR code, then they will not be able to enjoy the cashback.
The cashback offer will be divided into 2 phases, namely Double Digit Days and Regular Days. The so-called Double Digit Days are 4 April, 5 May, 6 June, 7 July, 8 August, 9 September, 10 October, 11 November and 12 December.
When you scan a merchant’s DuitNow payment QR code using the HLB Connect APP on Double Digit Days, you will be entitled to 8% or a maximum of RM3 cashback. For other days, users can only enjoy 3% or a maximum of RM1 cashback when scanning the DuitNow payment QR code.
Note! The minimum spend per code is RM15. After spending RM15, you will receive RM0.45 cashback at 3% cashback or RM1.20 at 8% cashback.
