Thirty-five Shell stations in Malayasia support RFiD fueling.
The RFiD method of refueling means that the vehicle owner does not need to go to the station counter or manually enter the information to be refueled at the pump, the station’s RFiD Reader will automatically detect the vehicle and read the RFiD Tag information of the vehicle. The owner can lift the fuel gun and refill the vehicle directly upon arrival at the station. The cost of refilling will be automatically deducted from the Touch ‘n Go eWallet.
You need to activate this feature in Touch ‘n Go eWallet the first time you use the RFiD method to refill your car. You can open Touch ‘n Go eWallet and click on the Shell icon to activate it. After successfully activating this feature, you can then go to the specific Shell station to refuel your car.
You will need to find a pump that supports RFiD fueling and watch the screen above, if a green light appears, your vehicle is recognized. If the screen shows a yellow pump, the pump is ready, and a green pump means you can start refueling.
