According to Maybank, from 18 June 2022, the daily maximum limit for IBG, DuitNow Transfer and DuitNow transfers for individual users will be combined, i.e. a maximum of RM50,000 per day.
If you rarely use the Maybank2u transfer function on a regular basis, you can choose to lower the maximum daily transfer limit to reduce the risk of deposit theft from your account. When adjusting the daily transfer limit for your account, users will need to verify the change with Secure2u or SMS TAC.
How do I adjust my daily Maybank transfer limit?
Step 1: Login to Maybank2u Web.
Step 2: Click on Settings.
Step 3: Select Pay & Transfer.
Step 4: Select the transfer category you wish to adjust.
Step 5: Select the latest transfer limit.
Step 6: Click on Save Changes.
Step 7: Verify the changes with Secure Verification or SMS TAC.
Step 8: Click Confirm to complete the process.
