People are encouraged to pay cashless when they go to JPN to apply for their MyKad or birth certificates!

18/05/2022

Are you going to JPN to apply for your Malaysian card or birth certificate? People are encouraged to use cashless payment!

According to a message from the National Registration Office (JPN), people should try to pay cashless when they visit the JPN headquarters in each state and the Urban Transformation Center (UTC) branches. This will speed up the entire payment process.

People can choose to pay by Debit Card, Credit Card or bank transfer.

The government departments in China have also gradually implemented cashless payment measures, so you should remember to bring your credit card or transfer card when you go to the government departments for business! This will avoid the dilemma of not being able to pay with cash.

By 2020, 60% of the government’s payments will be made electronically. If electronic payment is implemented to all departments and services, it will reduce red tape and make the whole payment process more transparent and faster.
