According to a message from the Inland Revenue Department (LHDN), people whose applications have been rejected in 8 cases cannot appeal online and must visit the nearest LHDN counter.
If your BKM application has been denied with the numbers 19, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, then you can only appeal in person at the nearest LHDN counter. People with other reasons for rejection can appeal through the BKM website.
If you need to visit an Inland Revenue office to file an appeal, then you can visit the Inland Revenue Office between May 9 and June 2. Other users can file their appeals from May 2 to June 2 via the BKM website.
