Depending on the messages received by Touch ‘n Go, the actual balance of the new Touch ‘n Go Card and the balance displayed in the Touch ‘n Go eWallet may differ. This is because the actual balance in the Touch ‘n Go eWallet may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Turn on the TNG Card function of the Touch ‘n Go eWallet, then place the new Touch ‘n Go Card on the back of the phone for 5 seconds to scan, and the system will read the current balance. Retrieve the Touch ‘n Go Card’s most recent balance and show it in the Touch ‘n Go eWallet.
