WhatsApp has a new feature, the Community feature!
According to WhatsApp’s official information, the community function will assist users in managing numerous groups, and users will be able to combine various sorts of groups into a large community.
Here’s an example to make the community’s operation mode more understandable to everyone. A school principal, for example, can bring all parents and students together in one community and split them into classes and grades.
A company’s management can also create a WhatsApp community for all of its employees and then group them by department.
Admins will have access to a variety of new capabilities, including the ability to broadcast notices to all members of the community and the ability to regulate which groups are allowed to participate.
Additionally, WhatsApp will roll out the following new features.
1. Emoji Reactions — Emoji reactions will be available on WhatsApp, allowing users to quickly share their thoughts without having to create plenty of new messages.
2. Admin deletion – Group admins will have the ability to remove messages that are incorrect or problematic from everyone’s chats.
3. File Sharing – We’re expanding our file-sharing features to support files up to 2 GB, making it easier for users to work on projects together.
4. Larger-Scale Phone Calls — For those use cases when live chat is better than chat, we’re offering one-touch voice calls for up to 32 participants, with a new look.
