KUALA LUMPUR (March 6): The Ministry of Finance announced the latest weekly fuel ceiling price, with RON97 dropping by 10 sen in the coming week, while RON95 petrol and diesel prices will remain unchanged.
In the coming week, the price of RON97 was lowered by 10 sen to RM3.81 per litre; the price of RON95 was maintained at RM2.05 per litre.
Diesel prices remained unchanged at RM2.15 per litre.
The above oil prices will take effect from April 7 to April 13.
In order to protect consumers from the impact of rising international crude oil prices, the government has set the retail price ceiling for RON95 petrol at RM2.05 per litre and diesel at RM2.15 per litre, the statement said.
