Do you have a child over 12 years old who needs to apply for a Malaysia Card? Now you can apply for your child’s card online.
The National Registration Office (JPN) has launched eSERVICE, an online system that allows people to apply for various documents online, including the application for a Malaysian card for a 12-year-old child. You can go online and fill in the required information and then select the JPN branch and date you want to receive your card.
You will need to bring the receipt of the online application for the card, the child’s birth certificate, the parent’s card and the utility bill (proof of address) when you pick up the card.
Attention! To use the eSERVICE online system launched by the National Registration Office, you need to register for a universal MyGovernment account.
Go online to apply for a Malaysia Card for children aged 12 years and above
Step 1: Visit https://web12tahun.jpn.gov.my/indexi.php to register or login to MyGovernment account.
Step 2: Read in detail the terms and conditions of the online application for the Damascus Card and click on Saya Setuju and Setuju.
Step 3: Fill in the required information such as address, postal code, state affiliation, city, phone number, parents’ details and JPN branch and date of receipt of the Damascus Card.
Step 4: Click on Hantar.
Step 5: The system will pop up a window and you need to click OK.
Step 6: Print out the receipt and bring it with you to the selected JPN branch to pick up your Damascus card.
