According to KWSP, members can apply for withdrawals from April 1 onwards and are allowed to withdraw amounts ranging from RM50 to RM10,000.
If the word Terima Kasih appears after you have submitted your EPF withdrawal request, then your request has been successfully submitted and you can check the result of your request from 9th April.
EPF Board has also pointed out that all withdrawal applications will be made online and members do not need to visit KWSP Kiosk or a KWSP branch to apply for withdrawals. Members also do not need to visit i-Akaun to apply for withdrawals, as withdrawal applications can be made through https://pengeluarankhas.kwsp.gov.my/.
Members will not be able to amend their details after submitting a withdrawal request and will be urged to double check before submitting their request. There are two things that you must double check when submitting your application, namely the withdrawal amount and your bank account details.
