144 areas in Gombak & KL to face unscheduled water disruption this morning!
From March 30, 144 areas in the Klang Valley will have access to drinking water!
The gate valve at Warta Lama, Kuching Road, Kuala Lumpur, was damaged, according to information given by Air Selangor. The gate valve will be repaired starting at 11 a.m. on March 30.
The gate valve replacement, which would result in water interruptions in 144 districts around Kuala Lumpur and Gombak, is slated to be completed by 9 p.m. on March 30. After 9 p.m., affected locations will gradually restore water service, with service scheduled to be restored by 9 a.m. on March 31.
The people is reminded to plan ahead for their daily needs of fresh water. The Selangor Water Management Company (Air Selangor) will also keep the public informed about the latest developments via social media and the Air Selangor APP.
