According to BKM website, family members of BKM beneficiaries who unfortunately pass away in 2022 (between 1st January and 31st December 2022) can apply to the government for a RM1,000 Skim Khairat Kematian, or SKK for short.
Family members must bring the original or a copy of the death certificate issued by the National Registration Office (JPJ), as well as documents proving the deceased’s relationship with the family, such as birth and marriage certificates.
BKM assistance will be paid in four stages, namely March, June, September and December.
