1. The Insulation Factor

2. Insufficient distance from the body

RFID Tag must be kept at least 5cm away from the metal body, this is to avoid the metal body to affect the RFID Tag reading. If you install the RFID Tag too close to the metal body, then you may face problems in paying the toll.

 

3. RFIG Tag appears broken

When installing the RFID Tag to ensure that the RFID Tag does not appear broken. But generally on the RFID Tag will not appear broken problem. According to the information issued by the relevant authorities, RFID Tag has a 5-year life, can withstand high temperatures and rain.

4. eWallet balance is insufficient

If you face the problem of insufficient balance of Touch ‘n Go eWallet at the time of customs clearance, you will be able to get an accommodation, that is, you can pass through the toll station. This measure is to avoid long queues at the toll booths.

However, it is important to note that the car owner must top up the Touch ‘n Go eWallet after receiving the accommodation, and the relevant toll will be deducted directly after the top-up. 5. Speed too fast

Under the RFID system, vehicles can pass at a speed of 30 km/h. Drivers should try not to slam on the brakes until just before the fence, which may cause the RFID system to fail to read your RFID Tag in the first place.
