Family Aid Malaysia (BKM) will be disbursed at the latest by March 31, 2022, according to a message from Finance Minister Tunku Zafrul, and LHDN is now reviewing and filtering applications for BKM support.
Zafrul stated that he has received numerous private messages on Facebook and Instagram asking when the Family Malaysia Help (BKM) will be distributed, and that many people are hopeful that the aid will be distributed soon.
According to Zafrul, the Inland Revenue Board has to vet and screen 12 million candidates for BKM so far (LHDN). The government does not want to expedite the processing of BKM aid applications because it risks missing someone.
The Inland Revenue Board (LHDN) must thoroughly analyse and vet all applications to guarantee that no one is left out. In the near future, the government will announce the details of the BKM support.
The government’s Family Malaysia Aid (BKM) programme was created to assist low-income families in reducing their living expenses. The government will help families with a monthly income of not more than RM5,000 and singles with a monthly income of not more than RM2,500.
