MCMC has received the most complaints about the low 4G coverage in 2021, and many people are afraid to have high hopes for 5G. Now, the Malaysian Multimedia Communications Commission (MCMC) has launched the Jendela Map website, which allows people to check the coverage of the entire Malaysian Internet network through the website.
This Jendela Map website is not only for people to check the coverage of the network, but also for them to post their comments and reports if they do not have proper coverage or quality of internet connection where they live.
In fact, the website has been operating for several months, and during this period, MCMC also found that the website is usually accessed through smart or mobile devices, so it decided to develop an APP with the same functionality as the website.
Apart from reporting local network problems, the newly developed app will also allow users to use the map function on the app to find the location of Malaysia’s home economy centers, WiFi community centers, post offices and more.
In addition, the app may also come with an AIDA Chatbot interactive bot that allows users to seek help if necessary, such as how to make a complaint, how to check network coverage, etc. People can check the network coverage of 2G, 3G, and 4G networks and the myFreeView digital TV network through the app.
The Jendela Map App also has a built-in search function that helps users quickly and easily find the features and information contained in the app!
