At a press conference on February 17, Health Minister Kerry stated that MySejahtera will set up a physical service counter where people can go directly to for assistance when they have problems with their MySejahtera vaccine e-certificate.
Many people have complained about problems with their MySejahtera vaccine e-certificate and have been unable to solve the problem even after asking for help through the Helpdesk on MySejahtera several times. For this reason MySejahtera team has decided to set up a physical service counter.
As of now, MySejahtera will set up physical service counters at 2 locations, namely the Vaccination Centre at the World Trade Centre Kuala Lumpur (PWTC) and the Vaccination Centre at the IDCC Convention Centre Selangor Saya South.
The MySejahtera service counter at the Kuala Lumpur World Trade Centre (PWTC) Vaccination Centre will be opened from 19 February. The MySejahtera service counter at the Vaccination Centre at IDCC Selangor Saya South will be operational from 26 February.
After the opening of the MySejahtera service counter, the Helpdesk online system will continue to assist people with MySejahtera related matters.
