The Malaysian Examinations Board has announced the revised SPM exam schedule for 2021!
The Malaysian Examinations Board (Lembaga Peperiksaan) announced the SPM exam schedule for 2021 in November, but many parents and candidates complained that the exam schedule was too intensive and therefore requested the Ministry of Education to change the exam schedule.
In the latest SPM examination schedule, the examination board has lengthened the examination period from March 2 to March 20, while the latest schedule is from March 2 to 29, extending the examination period by about one week.
In addition, the examination board has moved the subjects that were previously examined on Sundays so that students do not have to return to school on Sundays to take the exams.
According to the revised SPM exam schedule, in 2022, Malay will be taken on March 2, English on March 3, History on March 9, Mathematics on March 10, Science and Physics on March 14, Biology and Commerce on March 16, Chemistry on March 21, Geography on March 22, Advanced Mathematics on March 24, Chinese on March 28 and Economics on March 29.
