BigPay is an electronic wallet under the supervision of Bank Negara Malaysia under AirAsia. BigPay was also one of the cooperative e-wallet platforms for the government to distribute e-wallet rewards. The eStart e-wallet rewards launched by the government next year may continue to be distributed through BigPay.
BigPay can be used not only as an electronic wallet but also as a bank card. You can use BigPay as a Debit Card or Credit Card to check out when shopping in the mall. The online shopping platform binds its own BigPay, so there is no need to bind other Debit Card or Credit Card, which can reduce the risk of bank card theft.
The money in BigPay can be transferred to local banks as well as foreign banks. When transferring money to a foreign bank, the handling fee is lower than that of ordinary banks.
As the government opens up domestic and international flights, many people will start buying AirAsia tickets. Now you can choose to use BigPay to check out when buying AirAsia flight tickets, and the whole checkout process is faster and more convenient.
