Notice! The KWSP branch in Changkat Raja Chulan, Kuala Lumpur will be closed permanently from December 16th!
According to a message issued by the Kumpulan Wang Simpanan Pekerja (KWSP), the branch in Changkat Raja Chulan, Kuala Lumpur will be closed permanently from December 16, 2021. People can go to nearby branches such as those located in Jalan Raja Laut, Wangsa Maju, Kepong, Petaling Jaya, or Seri Petaling to handle EPF matters.
The public can also directly handle EPF-related matters through the i-Akaun online service. For more details, please call the hotline 03-8922 6000.
If you do not have an i-Akaun, you can register it now.
Here is the way how to register for KWSP i-Akaun.
Step 1: Go to the nearby KWSP Kiosk or KWSP counter to register for i-Akaun. You will get the temporary ID Pengguna and Kata Laluan in the SMS sent by KWSP.
Step 2: Browse http://www.kwsp.gov.my and select Login Ahli.
Step 3: Fill in the temporary ID Pengguna obtained in the SMS, and click Seterusnya.
Step 4: Fill in the temporary password obtained in SMS, and click Login.
Step 5: Select Setuju and click Seterusnya.
Step 6: The user needs to change the ID Pengguna. The ID Pengguna must be 8 to 16 letters or numbers.
Step 7: Change Kata Laluan, Kata Laluan must be a combination of 8 to 20 numbers and a password.
Step 8: Replace Imej Online.
Step 9: Enter the secret character (you need to create it by yourself).
Step 10: The successful registration of i-Akaun will appear on the page, and you can click to log in to your i-Akaun.
