Eggs are a food that contains many nutrients and is particularly rich in protein. Although eggs contain good nutrients, they are lacking in vitamin C and dietary fibre, so they need to be eaten with these foods to get the nutrients they need! What are these foods?

Tomatoes

We are all familiar with “scrambled eggs with tomatoes”, right? In fact, tomatoes have a lot of vitamin C. You only need to eat about two tomatoes a day to get enough vitamin C. However, tomatoes lack protein, so eating them with eggs is an good idea.

Cauliflower

Cauliflower has many nutrients and is also a good antioxidant, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, vision enhancer and immune booster. It also contains calcium and eggs contain vitamin D, which helps with calcium synthesis, so eating them together can help with knee and bone health.

Green courgettes

Cheese
