JPJ MySikap – How to Register and What can you do with it ?
Have you registered MySikap with JPJ? This online system has been launched for quite some time, however, many are still do not know its existence and what can we do with it.
MySikap is an online system provided by JPJ, its main functions include renewing your vehicles road tax, driving license, bid for your favorite numbers for your new beloved car, check and pay for JPJ summons (ouch!), vehicle ownership transfer, apply for international driving license and many more. All these can be done while sitting comfortably at home, skipping the queues, hot weather and save your precious time.
MySikap is open for anyone age 16 and above with Malaysian National Identity Card or Passport, with at least a driving license or vehicle registration records.
Steps for Registration
1) Go to https://public.jpj.gov.my/public/login.zul and click on “Log In” under “Sign In As First Time User”
2) Fill in all the necessary information (NRIC / Contact No. / Emai). It’s not necessary to enter “No. Rujukan (Sensitif Huruf).
3) You will then receive an email containing a temporary password from the system. You will need to activate your account within 7 days.
4) Once you have received the email, go to https://public.jpj.gov.my/public/login.zul and log in with your NRIC and the temporary password.
5) You will need to update/change your password.
6) You are all set, enjoy the online services.
