▼ White Wine Clam Pasta
Ingredients:
- Spaghetti – 250g
- Clam – 200g
- Dry White Wine – 150-200ml
- Extra virgin olive oil – 4 tablespoons
- Parsley
- Garlic Cloves – 3
- Salt and Pepper
Steps:
- Boil the water first, lots of water.
- Thinly slice or mince garlic for use.
- After the water is boiled, sprinkle a handful of salt before putting the pasta.
- Prepare another pot on medium-high heat and add 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
- Cook the garlic until fragrant, add the clam and toss to coat with the white wine.
- Put the lid on and simmer, wait for the clams to open.
- After the clams is opened, drain the pasta and put it in the clams, and season with salt and pepper.
- Chop the parsley and add it, drizzle the last spoonful of olive oil and it is ready to serve.
▼ Spaghetti Bolognese
Ingredients:
- Spaghetti – 80g
- Minced Pork – 20g
- Minced Onion – 10g
- Minced Garlic – 2 cloves
- Grated Carrot – 5g
- Chopped Celery – 5g
- Thick Tomato Sauce – 1/2 spoon
- Tomato Juice – 30cc
Seasoning:
- Basil – 3 leaves
- Italian Mixed Spices – 1/4 teaspoon
- Bay Leaf – 1
- Sugar – 1/2 spoon
- Cheese Powder – 5g
Steps:
- Put the spaghetti in hot water and cook until soft, then add a little olive oil and stir well.
- Heat oil in a pan, add ground meat, minced onion and minced garlic to fry until fragrant, then add minced carrots, minced celery, thick tomato sauce and tomato juice and stir-fry evenly.
- Add basil, Italian mixed spices and bay leaves and simmer until the soup thickens.
- Add the cooked pasta, sugar and cheese powder and stir well and serve!
▼ Spaghetti Caborana
Ingredients:
- Spaghetti – 100g
- Garlic – 1-2 cloves
- Onion – half
- Bacon
- Milk – 100ml
- Cheese Slices – 3 slices
- Egg – 1
- Salt and Black Pepper
Steps:
- First cook the pasta soft but not too soft.
- Sliced garlic, shredded onion, sliced bacon, beaten eggs.
- Heat a pan with olive oil, fry the minced garlic on medium heat, then add onion and bacon and stir-fry until it tastes out.
- Turn the heat to low, add milk and 3 slices of cheese by hand, stir and cook until the slices of cheese melt.

- Spaghetti – 200g
- Cream
- Mushrooms

Steps:

Ingredients:
- Spaghetti – 250g
- Basil Leaves – 1 small bowl
- Olive Oil – 2 tablespoons
- Pine Nuts – 2 tablespoons
- Cheese Powder – 1 teaspoon
- Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic – 9 cloves
- Diced Onion
Steps:
- Put the pine nuts in a pan and roast until fragrant.
- Put the roasted pine nuts, basil leaves, 4 cloves of garlic, cheese powder, and olive oil into a blender and stir until puree.
- Boil the water, add salt and a few drops of olive oil to the water, cook the pasta until it is al dente.
- Chop the remaining garlic cloves, pour a small amount of oil in the pot, add the diced onion and garlic, and heat on a low heat until the aroma.
- Add the cooked pasta to the pot, stir fry, turn off the heat, and then add the stirred green sauce.
▼ Cream Spinach Pasta
Ingredients:
- Spaghetti – 200g
- Spinach
- Mushrooms
- Cream or Milk
- Butter or Olive Oil
- Salt and Garlic
Steps:
- Boil the water, add salt and a few drops of olive oil to the water, and cook the pasta for 8 minutes.
- Finely chop spinach and slice mushrooms; add a little butter to the pot and sauté garlic on low heat.
- Add a little butter, sauté garlic on low heat, add chopped spinach and mushrooms and fry until cooked, add a teaspoon of salt and cream until thick.
- After the spaghetti is drained, add it to the pot and stir-fry evenly.

Ingredients:
- Spaghetti for 1 person
- Pork or Beef
- Purple Onion – 1/4pc
- Carrot – 1/4
- Butter – 0.5mm thick
- Black Pepper
- Tomato – half
- Cheese
- Sugar and salt
- Tomato Sauce – 25ml
Steps:
- Dice tomatoes, onions, and carrots.
- Cook pasta until al dente, drain and set aside.
- Heat 0.5mm thick butter until it becomes liquid, then add onion and black pepper and sauté for 1 minute, then add carrots and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add diced tomatoes and stir-fry evenly, add tomato paste, sugar, salt, and fry.
- Add the pasta and fry evenly.
- After that, put the cheese on the plate and preheat the oven at 200 degrees for 5 minutes.
- Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes in the lower middle of the oven.
- Turn off the lower part of heat, then use the upper part of heat to 210 degrees and heat for 5 minutes.
