More than 4.5k peoples attended Selangor Keluarga Malaysia Aspirations tour for job seeking.
At the Jamin Kerja Career Carnival, which the Social Security Organization (Socso) hosted in collaboration with the Selangor Keluarga Malaysia Aspirations (AKM) Tour, 4,698 job seekers in total participated in interviews.
Head of Selangor Socso Employment Services Syaddad Marop said that out of the total, 188 people were successful in finding employment, 3,400 people were invited to a second interview, and 996 people were unsuccessful.
In the three days since August 19 that the carnival has been in operation, it has connected 23,159 open vacancies with 90 firms.
The Entrepreneur Development and Cooperatives Ministry organised the Selangor AKM Tour, which has roughly 100 booths set up by small and medium-sized businesses under the subject “Malaysian Family Entrepreneurs Driving the National Economy.”
