4 types of people looking for job!

Finding a job is something that everyone faces and is a process that everyone who is starting out in society goes through. Sure, some people have a lot of money, their parents have great business partners they can introduce their kids to, or their family already has a business, so they might skip the process and get a good job offer. But for the vast majority of ordinary people, they have to struggle on their own.

Some people find it easy to get a job and some people find it difficult. I think we can divide it into 4 categories of people.

Category 1 people: Finding a job is super hard!
These people often lack education or ability, and some suffer from this problem because of discrimination such as physical disability. For them, being able to find a job is something to be thankful for. Of course, there are also those who, after finding a job, perform poorly and have a poor work ethic and may be dismissed. So they have to go looking for a job again.

The second group of people: Finding a job is super easy ~.
These people may not be highly educated or from a good school, but with great interview performances and confidence, they get jobs easily! In reality, they only stay in their comfort zone and don’t think about the outside world or the class above them.

The third group: Aim high
People in the third category have very far-reaching ambitions, perhaps because they come from a better circle, or perhaps because they have higher expectations of themselves. They often set their sights on big companies, foreign companies or Fortune 500 companies and try their best to get a ticket to work for one. If they can’t get into a big company, they have to go to a smaller one, but if they have the opportunity to work for a big company, they will take it!” .

Category 4: Self achievement
These people are often very good and get offers from all sorts of big names, but they know there’s a mountain to climb, so instead of showing off without any substance, it’s only right to be humble and learn from those around them who are better or just as good. They don’t need to gain recognition by putting others down, they are more focused on their own abilities and performance and maximising what they can get out of a win-win situation – for example, jumping ship to a company with a higher salary and a better reputation.

These four categories are not a completely absolute classification of job seekers. There are those who have a great work ethic despite having difficulty finding work, others who understand their shortcomings and limitations but value stability more, and so on.
