All domestic telecommunications companies are launching upgraded or brand-new packages in the first quarter of 2022, that is, from January to March. Take a look.
1. Digi
A. Prepaid
Digi has upgraded its NEXT Prepaid Plans to offer more Internet data per month at the same price.
The Digi Prepaid NEXT 15 originally had only 3GB of internet data, but now it has increased to 6GB of internet data. The monthly fee for this package is RM15.
For Digi Prepaid NEXT 30, you can now get 20GB of internet data per month, unlimited browsing on Tik Tok, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook, and 2GB of Hotspot, compared to 15GB per month.
Digi Prepaid NEXT 35 gets 30GB of internet data per month, unlimited browsing on Tik Tok, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook, and 3GB of Hotspot. this package also supports unlimited dial-up. the Digi Prepaid NEXT 35 costs only RM35 per month.
B. Postpaid
The Postpaid 60, Postpaid 120 and Postpaid 150 packages all offer an additional 5GB of Internet data for the same monthly rate.
Digi Postpaid 60, which was only 25GB of Internet data, now offers 5GB to 30GB of Internet data, Digi Postpaid 120, which was only 65GB of Internet data, now offers 70GB of Internet data, and Digi Postpaid 150, which was only 85GB of Internet data, now offers 90GB of Internet data.
The Digi Postpaid 90 package remains at 50GB per month, and the Digi Postpaid 40 remains at 10GB.
2. Celcom
Celcom introduces the new Xpax Postpaid packages, Xpax Postpaid 60 and Xpax Postpaid 40, both of which offer unlimited dial-up to all networks and Unlimted Data for special purposes, with internet speeds limited to 6Mbps and 3Mbps.
The Celcom Xpax Postpaid 60 costs RM60 per month and offers 20GB of high speed internet data per month, as well as unlimited browsing of selected websites and unlimited dial-up to all networks. The websites with unlimited browsing include Youtube, Facebook and Instagram, and the internet speed will be limited to 6Mbps when browsing this website.
The Celcom Xpax Postpaid 40 is available for RM40 per month, which gives you 10GB of high speed internet, unlimited dial-up to all networks and unlimited internet data for browsing certain websites. The websites with unlimited browsing include YouTube, Facebook and Instagram, and the internet speed will be limited to 3Mbps when browsing these websites.
3. Maxis
Maxis has upgraded its Postpaid packages, and all packages will receive an additional 10GB of Internet data.
The Maxis Postpaid 98 plan, which was originally 40GB per month, will now have 50GB of data per month, the Maxis Postpaid 108 plan will have 60GB instead of 50GB, and the Maxis Postpaid 128 plan will have 70GB of data, compared to 60GB before.
The Maxis Postpaid 158 package will also provide 90GB of Internet data, compared to 80GB before, and the Maxis Postpaid 188 package will provide 110GB of Internet data per month, compared to 100GB before.
4. U Mobile
U Mobile has launched the U25 and U35 packages. Both packages support 5G network and cost as low as RM20 per month!
U Mobile’s latest upgraded packages, U25 and U35, both offer Unlimited Data and unlimited dial-up. You can also get 1 hour of unlimited high-speed internet data per day.
The original price of the U25 package is RM25, but for RM20 during the promotional period, you can enjoy 3Mbps Unlimited Data and unlimited dial-up. However, it is important to note that Unlimited Data is limited to 30GB per month and you can receive 1 hour of unlimited high-speed internet data per day.
The U35 package is available for RM35 per month, with 6Mbps Unlimited Data and unlimited dial-up. Under the Fair Usage Policy (FUP), Unlimmited Data will be 100GB per month with 3GB of Hotspot per month and 1 hour of High Speed Internet Data per day.
