2024 STR aid payments to be split into 4 phases
STR 2024 will be disbursed in 4 phases, the earlier you apply, the sooner you will receive your grant.
According to the Malaysian Ministry of Finance, the STR 2024 will be paid in four phases: February, April, August and November.
If people apply in November last year, they will receive their STR in the following month, February. People who applied between December last year and February 29 this year will receive their STR in April.
People who applied between March and June 30 will have to wait until August to get the aid. People who apply between July and September 30 will need to wait until November to receive their assistance payments.
If you have received assistance from the government in previous years and your information has not changed, you do not need to reapply or update your information.
