2021 countdown, how to improve yourself in the last 3 months, and complete the unfinished goal? Make a good plan and make your 2021 more meaningful!

In a flash, there are three months left in 2021. Have you achieved all the goals set for this year? If you haven’t got there yet, don’t be discouraged. Plan for the remaining 3 months, and use the next 3 months to accomplish these small goals, so that your year 2021 will be more interesting.

1. Develop a new hobby

What hobbies are you interested in, but have been put aside and ignored because you are busy? If it is, cultivate a new hobby in these three months! Developing new hobbies will make you feel relaxed and refreshed. Adding some new hobbies to your usual tired and boring life can not only relax your mind and body but also gain a new ability!

2. Get rid of a bad habit

It is said that getting rid of a bad habit can indirectly change a person. If you have any bad habit that you want to change, but you have never had the perseverance to change it, then force yourself to change this bad habit in the last three months of 2021! Bad habits can’t be got rid of in a day, but they can be given up day by day. Before you know it, you will find that bad habit has already Say Goodbye! The advantage of getting rid of bad habits is not only to get rid of bad habits but also to exercise willpower!

3. Insist on exercising

Exercise is not only for losing weight, but also a way of keeping fit, which makes your thinking more agile. Or exercise several times a week to relieve stress and tension. You can challenge the sports blogger’s 100-day sports plan and follow it, and cultivate daily sports habits without knowing it!

4. Make a short trip

In the three months at the end of 2021, it is better to plan a little trip or a stay with your family, which is also very good!

5. Write down 10 little things that you want to do and implement them within 3 months

Write down something you want to do but never take action to do, such as going to a coffee shop or studying illustrations. Write these things down, and as your, The Bucket List, finish them within 3 months. If you want to execute it more effectively, you can keep a diary every day, or punch in on the social platform, so that you have the motivation to execute it.

6. Reading

If you want to cultivate your reading habits, you might as well take 3 months as a challenge, and let yourself finish 1 or 2 books in these 3 months. No matter reading or listening to audiobooks, find a suitable way to cultivate reading habits!
