Perodua’s sales target for 2022 is to sell 240,000 new cars!
According to a message from Perodua’s President and CEO, the sales target for 2022 is 240,000 new vehicles. This is 20% or 40,000 units higher than the target set for this year, and Perodua expects 2022 to be a year of recovery from the epidemic, thus providing stability to the market.
Perodua aims to sell 30,000 new vehicles in December, up from the record of 27,858 set in October, when it sold 167,250 vehicles between January and November, and 22,299 new vehicles in November.
Perodua launched the slightly revised Perodua Myvi in early November and already received more than 4,000 orders just 2 weeks before the official launch. As of December 2, Perodua had received 14,600 orders for the slightly modified Myvi. Forty-two thousand two hundred and twenty-eight Myvi’s were sold between January and November of this year.
The new generation Perodua Myvi is available in 5 trim levels, namely 1.3G Basic, 1.3G, 1.5X, 1.5H and 1.5AV, priced at RM45,700, RM47,700, RM49,900, RM53,900 and RM58,800 respectively.
