The so-called sudden death refers to a natural death that occurs suddenly. Cardiovascular, respiratory, central nervous system diseases, drugs, alcoholism, bleeding allergies and poisoning can all lead to sudden death, but sudden cardiac death is more common.

High-risk groups for sudden cardiac death
1. Patients with coronary heart disease

4. Those with a family history of cardiac arrest
5. Dilated cardiomyopathy accompanied by heart failure
6. Some congenital and hereditary diseases, such as hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, long QT syndrome, Brugade syndrome

Predisposing factors for sudden cardiac death
1. People with basic diseases such as high blood pressure, hyperlipidemia, and diabetes
2. Smoker
3. People with bad eating habits: alcoholism, overeating, and excessive intake of high-fat and high-protein foods
4. People with bad lifestyles: busy at work, staying up late, exercising little, being obese, or exercising inappropriately or exercising too strenuously, etc.
5. People who are under excessive work or mental pressure: often cause or aggravate coronary artery spasm leading to myocardial infarction. Research shows that mental stress, excitement, physical exhaustion, etc. can easily become causes of heart disease
